Question:Is this stove all gas or the top is gas and the bottom is electric?

Answer:all gas.

stove works well, love the convection oven, but it doesn't have a true simmer burner.

Question:Can burners be lit manually when electric power is out?

Answer:Only Top burner can make it not oven and broiler burner.

Question:How long does it take to preheat the oven to 400 degrees?

Answer:I would guesstimate 20-25 min on our propane converted oven
