Question: What do I need to buy from a local supplier to finish up this shed ?
Answer: Floor materials, paint, shingles, felt and drip edge are sold separately. The manual will provide a the list and quantity of the materials needed that are sold separately.

Question: The 'product description is 8x12. the 'product information' says 96x96, which would be 8x8. which is correct?
Answer: Hello, the 8x8 refers to the packaging dimensions. We ship the boxes stacked on pallets and there is a 4 foot floor extension package included which you build and attach to the shed to make it an 8x12 building.

Question: Hello, does this shed include an interior loft for storage or work bench surface?
Answer: This item does not come with the loft or work bench but you can purchase the materials at a local hardware store and build them yourself.

Question: Does this shed come with shingles ?
Answer: Our Sheds do not come with shingles. You would purchase those separately at a local supplier in your area. Our instructions tell you the quantity needed.
