Question: Is it good to buy for a 7 year to keep until she is 11 or pre teen or is it way to tight and small for thlat age. I know its weight but whats practic
Answer: In my personal opinion, I would say too small. My son is 6 and he has already “outgrew” the top bunk and has moved to the bottom for more room & says it is more comfortable with space.

Question: can the peak of the roof be left off? I have a short ceiling but hopefully not for long.
Answer: Yes. The roof doesn't have to be put on. I believe that was the last thing I installed and it worked fine without it.

Question: Has anyone switched out the slide to something not as steep? What did you use?
Answer: I put a ball pit at bottom of slide

Question: What parts of the bed is made from MDF vs pine? what percent of bed is mdf?
